Priority for social events, including the Tokyo Racecourse Tour, will be given to participants who register during the Early Bird registration period.
Participants who register after the Early Bird deadline may not be able to join these events.

Presenting authors or their replacement must complete conference registration by July 15.
If a presenter is not registered for a specific abstract at that time, the abstract will be removed from the presentation roster.
